We know you can’t wait to get your hands (and fingers!) on your new fidget ring, so here’s everything you need to know about how we get your stress-relieving sparkle to your doorstep!
⏳ Processing Time – Almost There!
We process all orders within 1-3 business days because we know waiting is the worst (seriously, we get it). If you ordered a custom piece, it might take a smidge longer—but trust us, it’s worth the wait!
✈️ Shipping and Delivery Estimates
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit. But no matter where you are, your fidget-friendly ring will find its way to you!
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We use USPS, UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx for most deliveries.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout—no surprises, just good vibes.
📦 Tracking Your Precious Cargo
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can stalk—uh, follow—your package every step of the way. Just give it 48 hours to update!
🌍 International Love – Customs & Duties
Unfortunately we are not doing international shipments at this time, but for in the future whenever we expand:
If you're ordering from outside the United States, please note that customs fees or import taxes might apply. Unfortunately, we can’t control these fees (we wish we could!), so check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
📬 Lost or Stolen Packages? Oh No!
If your order is marked as delivered but nowhere to be found, check with your neighbors, mailroom, or delivery service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help you track them down!
🚚 Oops! Wrong Address?
Double-check your shipping info before completing your order! If you realize there’s a mistake, contact us ASAP. If it’s already shipped, we can’t reroute it, but we’ll help however we can.
😢 Damaged or Defective Items?
If your ring arrives damaged (or just not up to our high standards), send us a few photos within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll make it right!
