Go Go Calypso’s Stress-Free Exchange Policy


We want you to love your fidget ring as much as we do! While we don’t accept returns (unless your item arrives damaged), we’re happy to offer exchanges if something isn’t quite right—whether it’s the size or a defect.


Oh No! My Item is Damaged or Defective!

No worries! If your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we’ve got you covered. Just email us at gogocalypso25@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 14 days, and we’ll send a replacement—free of charge.


Sending an Item Back? Here’s the Deal:

  • If you're exchanging an item, you'll be responsible for return shipping.

 

  • If your item is damaged or defective, we’ll take care of the shipping cost for your replacement.

Keeping Things Smooth: Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

✔️ Unused and in the same condition you received it

✔️ In its original packaging

✔️ Sent back within 14 days of receiving your order

If an incorrect address was provided and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Lost Packages—What Happens Next?

  • If a package is lost due to an incorrect address, we unfortunately can’t replace it.
  • If a package is lost due to a carrier issue, we’ll work with you to find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement or store credit.

One-Time Replacement Policy

Each order is eligible for one replacement. If your replacement also has an issue, we’ll review the situation and determine the best course of action, which may include a refund or store credit.

Picture Perfect: Photos for Damaged Items

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please send multiple photos of the damaged or defective item from different angles, including the packaging. This helps us with carrier claims and ensures you get the best resolution.

Restocking Fees (Rare but Possible!)

In some cases, a small restocking fee may apply to cover handling and administrative costs.

Out of Stock? No Problem!

If your exchange request is for an item that’s out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or let you pick a different item of equal value.

Keeping Things Fair

We take fraud prevention seriously and reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we suspect any misuse of our policy.
